Bars Design – Exocad Implant Module

We create digital bars / substructure designs to allow implant-supported restorations to be designed with absolute accuracy.

We use Exocad’s Implant Module, along with the Bar Module capabilities, enabling us to design various bar forms, including a full-arch multi-implant overdenture, primary/secondary framework structures, as well as hybrid frameworks, while providing optimal long-term functioning restorations that will be passively fit into the patient’s mouth.

What’s Included:
– Design of custom implant bars Dolder, Hader, milled bars, wrap-around, etc.
– Primary and secondary structures with passive fit connections
– Virtual articulation and undercut management
– Options for screw-retained versus cementable bars/frameworks
– STL file ready to mill
– Intraoral or model scans STL
– Implant Closure positions STL + amputee library measurements/parameters
– Clinical notes or other information provided by the DDS/lab role
