The Smile Design Plan service provides a complete esthetic mock-up that uses photos and/or scans to simulate a digital preview of the future smile. It is great for patients to visualize their treatment, case acceptance and treatment plan for restorative (crowns/veneers) or orthodontic treatment.

What’s included:
– Digital Smile Simulation, utilizing a facial photograph of the patient and/or intraoral scans
– Evaluation of tooth shape, proportion, alignment, and gingival contour
– Visualization of the mock-up with esthetic modifications.
– Optional integration with Exocad for working toward direct restorations (crowns/veneers)
– High-resolution photographs + STL files for (mock-up or printable try-in)

Required files the more the better:
– Facial photograph frontal position, smiling
– Intraoral photograph or scan
– Optional: pre-op (i.e. scan), wax-up, shade photographs, esthetics preferences
